Hi, I am the IEH assistant, not a person. I can find your roof, explain IEH's price ranges and pass you to the right person. What is your address?21:14:05
46-220 Nohea Loop, Kaneohe. I already have solar, 7.2 kW from another company in 2019. Looking at a battery.21:15
Thanks, Jason. I found your roof in Google's data. Is the whole roof yours, not shared or under an HOA? And is the battery mainly for power cuts?

Whole roof is ours, we own the house. Mostly backup, we lost power twice this year.21:17
For a home with an existing system, IEH usually adds one 13.5 kWh battery. IEH's price range for that is $14,500 to $17,500 installed. The final price comes after a free visit.

Hi Jason, Kainoa from Independent Energy Hawaii. Thanks for the details on your 7.2 kW system. A battery added to it is usually $14,500 to $17,500 installed; the exact price depends on your inverter, which we check at a free visit. Could you send a photo of the inverter label? I can come Wed 9 Dec at 14:00 or Thu 10 Dec at 10:30.
